Photography Details & Terms and Conditions

Clients will receive photo coverage in and out of the ring during the Upperville Colt & Horse Show. Photo coverage of schooling is considered bonus coverage.  Please let us know when you are planning on schooling so we can try to be there!  Photo coverage from VIP and in the ring may be limited due to photographer restrictions. Please let us know if your family will be present and who your trainers are so we can capture additional moments for you!

Clients will be given a Private Online Gallery to access, view and download their images.  Clients will receive free unlimited low res digital downloads for any images taken of them during this contract from their gallery.  Clients, if elected to purchase the High Res, will receive unlimited downloads of those images as well.  

Client understands and accepts weather and/or other photographic restrictions may affect coverage. If Elegant Equus, LLC feels the quality of photographic coverage was not up to their standards under normal conditions, then it is Elegant Equus' sole decision to adjust and/or refund partial or complete payment. In the event of a Covid-19, pandemic, and/or any other crisis that results in the suspension and/or shut down of the Event, Client's fees will be prorated and calculated to a daily rate of 10% per day of the original weekly fee paid and any remaining fees for the week will be refunded.
